Soul Origin Glendale is currently seeking [Full Time/Casual] allrounder/barista to join the team!
Baristas
Do You Have a Passion For Coffee? Thrive In a Fast-paced Environment? And Love Engaging With Customers? Then This Role Is For You! As a Soul Origin Barista, You'll Have Access To The Highest Quality Specialty Coffee And Work With The Best Brewing Equipment On The Market To Create Our Delicious Coffee Beverages. You'll Be Responsible For:
* Serving our Soul Origin customers.
* Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages.
* Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly.
To Be Successful You'll Have:
* A minimum of 6 months experience as a Barista
* A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
* Ability to work as a team – when you're not making delicious coffee, you'll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
* Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
* An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* An understanding of Specialty Coffee will be highly regarded
Allrounder
Do You Love Making Others Smile? Are You Outgoing And Confident? Do You Have Excellent Personal Presentation Skills And Want To Wear The Soul Origin Uniform With Pride? Then This Is The Role Is For You! You'll Be Responsible For:
* Giving our Soul Origin customers an excellent customer service experience.
* Assisting customers with any questions or queries.
* General cleaning duties.
To Be Successful You'll Have:
* An approachable demeanor and good communication skills
* Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
* Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
* An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* A flexible approach to work – at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers! You'll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
* Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience
