This Role
This is not a traditional Practice Manager role.
We are looking for a leader who takes ownership of the day-to-day operations of the practice — someone who ensures everything runs smoothly, supports the team to perform at their best, and drives strong, consistent results.
You’ll have both the autonomy and responsibility to lead the practice, make decisions, and continuously improve how things are done.
This role suits someone who naturally takes initiative, follows things through, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.

Our Core Values
Compassion. We treat every patient like family. We listen, we care, and we go beyond what’s expected—because great dentistry starts with great humanity.
Positive Attitude. We bring energy into the room. No matter the challenge, we find a way forward. That optimism isn’t optional—it’s contagious.
Passionate About Patient Experience. Every detail matters. From the first hello to the last appointment, we craft an experience so good, people can’t help but talk about it.
Professional. We show up ready. We respect every person’s time. We represent ourselves, our profession, and our patients with excellence—always.
Integrity. We do what’s right. Even when it’s hard. Even when no one’s watching. Especially then.
