Your day-to-day will include:
* Creating professional relationships with owners and tenants. We are a calling culture office
* Lease renewal and rent reviews with VA assistant
* Maintenance with VA support
* Out-going tenant inspections
* Routine inspections – 2 week take over & 8 week new tenant only routines
* Coordinating urgent repairs and maintenance
* Arrears management – automated systems in place
* Dispute resolution and QCAT
* Insurance lodgement
What you won't have to worry about:
* Entry Condition Reports – handled by our dedicated Entries Specialist
* Routine Inspections – managed by our Routine Inspections Specialist
* Leasing & application processing – taken care of by our Leasing SpecialistRental payment receipting
* Council and water rates bill processing
* Tenant water invoicing
* Weekly disbursements to clients
* Maintenance bill processing
* Creating CMA's for lease renewals
