Lead, manage, and grow a thriving property portfolio in Warners Bay. We're seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager who delivers results and thrives in a supportive, dynamic team.
What You'll Do
* Manage a portfolio well maintained portfolio
* Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
* Handle rental arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance
* Earn bonuses for new business growth
* No leasing or accounts work – enjoy full support and automation
About You
* Proven property management experience
* COR or Real Estate License
* Strong client focus and team player
