Medical Professional Opportunity in Remote Community
About the Role
As a General Practitioner, you will work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment to optimize the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal communities in Yulara, Australia. Your responsibilities will include chronic disease management, health checks, preventative care, health promotion, and routine consultations.
You will have opportunities to build trusting relationships with patients and deliver comprehensive, culturally sensitive patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for effective community health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration, RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship, commitment to integrating Aboriginal values in practice, recent emergency training certification, willingness for and understanding of remote area work, and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
