* Develop a deep understanding of our current inventory by examining product offerings, competitor research, and market trends.
* Assist customers in selecting a product by engaging in active listening and responding accordingly.
* Explain products, applications, and benefits to ensure customers make informed decisions.
* Build rapport with customers by fostering strong relationships and demonstrating empathy.
* Report to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
