About You:
* Youhave a friendly, caring personality and fantastic patient care/customer service skills
* Ideally you will have previous dental experience, however experience in a similar field will also be highly regarded
* You are flexible with work location when necessary & have reliable transport
* You have full Australian work rights without restrictions
* While we encourage work/ life balance, you understand that due to the nature of our business we operate from Monday through to Saturday
* Being a team player with excellent communication skills, you are reliable, dedicated & work with integrity to support your colleagues.
Responsibilities of the role: Reception and or Dental Assistants
Depending on your previous experience/ qualifications, you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming dental patients & visitors, prioritising customer care, in person, by phone and email
* Managing patient appointments, updating patient information, ensuring confidentiality & accuracy
* Processing payments & medical insurance claims, issuing receipts
* Start & end of day procedures including banking/ accounting functions
* Assisting dentists, caring for patients and preparing dental rooms and equipment
* Preparing set up for various dental procedures
* Sterilisation of equipment & dental rooms, ensuring careful attention to workplace health & safety practices
* Following policies & procedures and accurately completing charts and patient information
* Supporting dentists throughout various procedures and processes.
