The Team: Working autonomously within the busy Day Procedure Unit as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will work in liaison with Lead Clinicians, other CNS's and the Nurse Unit Manager of the Day Procedure Unit – LGH. The Role: Provides clinical leadership and direction to improve the quality and continuity of care and support to clients diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease related illnesses. You will need: Extensive experience as a registered nurse with demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in IBD Nursing Excellent demonstrated communication and organisational skills Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team autonomously.
