Assistant TJM Manager

As our TJM department continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to support performance and lead by example.
About the Role
As Assistant TJM Manager, your primary focus will be sales leadership while providing operational and managerial support to the TJM Manager. You will step into a leadership role during manager absences and play a hands-on part in customer engagement, workshop coordination, and team support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales through phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries
* Assisting customers with product selection, purchasing, and delivery
* Coordinating job scheduling and liaising daily with workshop staff
* Managing job sheets, payments, invoicing, and repair order costings
* Ordering, receiving, and managing stock and supplies
* Processing warranty claims and returned goods
About You
Your skills and experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
* Proven experience in automotive sales or accessory sales
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to step into a relief management role
* Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational, time management, and computer skills
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Professional presentation with a strong focus on continuous improvement
* Experience with workshop scheduling and job coordination is highly regarded
