**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a
**Regional Manager **to support our clinics based in
**WA, SA,** and
**TAS** on a
**Permanent Full Time** basis. You will provide end-to-end operational leadership and management to the clinics within these regions and work to ensure all operational activities are continuously improving to drive ongoing business performance and maximise productivity and profitability.
**You will**:
- Provide strong regional leadership which inspires high performing clinical and clerical teams across the region, including promoting and working in line with Qscan's values at all times.
- Be accountable for the quality of patient care, staff performance, business development, financial performance, expenditure optimisation, and compliance with legislative & organisational policies of all clinics within your region/s.
- Participate in recruitment and engagement activities, ensuring the clinics are appropriately resourced in alignment with agreed headcount, budgets, service and quality standards.
- Drive and implement organisation-wide policies, procedures, processes and systems to achieve best practice status and to meet patient/referrer expectations.
- Analyse regional operational activities and service performance to establish trends and implement process improvements, including reporting on key performance indicators.
- Drive ongoing patient satisfaction & ensure a seamless end to end patient journey exists, reviewing & addressing patient feedback as required.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and the Referrer Relationship Liaisons on all business development and marketing
activity, including maintaining effective relationships with referrers and the wider healthcare community.
**About You**
Alongside your qualifications in healthcare, finance, business or similar, and proven experience in sales, relationship management, or business development, you will have experience working within a healthcare setting and demonstrated leadership skills.
**You will also have**:
- The ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- The ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- The ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
- A current driver license and the ability to travel between sites using a personal vehicle.
- Demonstrated business acumen cross all aspects of finance, marketing/business development, people management, workforce planning, quality and compliance.
- A passion for motivating people and developing teams of professionals.
- A desire for continual improvement in everything you do.
