A great career opportunity exists for a Mechanical Engineer with proven Project Management experience including equipment design in a manufacturing environment.
The role will involve design, component selection, project management, working with drafting and manufacturing teams, and assistance with installation and commissioning.
Responsibilities
* Project Management.
* Keep up to date with the latest Food Machinery and Manufacturing Technology.
* Produce Engineering specifications, designs, drawings.
* Preparation of Commercial Items schedules.
* Commissioning and operator training at customer premises.
* Sub-Contractor management.
* Remotely supporting the service/commissioning engineers.
Education and Experience
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management and system design.
* Project implementation and "on site" commissioning.
Physical Requirements
* Well-developed problem-solving skills.
* High level of enthusiasm and willing to be "hands on".
