About the Role
As Clinic Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll oversee a team of Support Service Coordinators and play a vital role in supporting our allied health professionals, ensuring they have everything they need to focus on client care. This fast-paced position requires a driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. Primarily working in our Elizabeth clinic, this position is rostered across all start and finish times (8.00am through to 5.00pm) Monday to Friday.
This role will require an excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work with Medical Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, and other specialists as well as internal colleagues, external employers, and patients.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Support Service Coordinators
2. Ensure the smooth coordination of appointments, referrals, and client services
3. Support clinicians with administrative needs and streamline workflows
4. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards
5. Monitor clinic operations and identify opportunities for improvement
6. Manage supplies, equipment, and maintenance
7. Assist with onboarding new staff and contribute to a positive team culture
About You:
* Experience in a clinic, healthcare, or practice management role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
* Nursing, Allied Health, or NDIS experience (highly regarded)
* Competency with practice management software and general tech-savviness
