Clinical Nurse Role Overview
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an accomplished Clinical Nurse to make a positive impact on the community's health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with school communities to enhance health, wellbeing, and education outcomes for individuals and groups of students.
* Deliver comprehensive health promotion programs and utilize well-developed nursing skills relevant to community, school, and child health.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with school communities, families, and carers to promote health and wellbeing.
* Provide leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Selection Criteria & Eligibility
* A valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. They will also have a sound understanding of community, school, and child health principles and practices.
