Key Responsibilities
* Partner with management to design and implement integration plans.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and deliverables.
* Coordinate with departments to align resources and activities.
* Gather a strong understanding of both SGS and acquired entity's business and functional areas.
* Maintain transparency by engaging senior leadership managers and employees through regular updates.
* Address cultural and organizational differences to support collaboration.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Lead integration across departments to integrate systems.
* Use project management tools and metrics to monitor milestones and adjust plans.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Management or relevant discipline.
* Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant preferred.
* Minimum 5 years experience in M&A integration or related field.
* Proven track record of managing complex projects.
* Strong project management change management skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of practices and processes.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse teams.
