Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Managing full‑cycle recruitment for blue‑collar roles including operators, trades, labourers, and site support Running bulk recruitment campaigns and maintaining strong talent pipelines Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates with a focus on safety, culture fit, and readiness for site Coordinating medicals, compliance checks, and mobilisation requirements Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights Maintaining accurate candidate records and reporting through our recruitment systems Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function Qualifications What You Bring Proven experience in high‑volume, blue‑collar recruitment (mining, construction, or heavy industry preferred) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and commitment to a positive candidate experience Familiarity with mobilisation processes, pre‑employment checks, and bulk recruitment
