As the Project Manager you will successfully deliver complex wealth/investments product initiatives, ensuring alignment to business goals and delivering within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets. This is a two-year max-term role based in Sydney, in which you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for driving project vision, execution, and team performance to deliver on strategic objectives aligned to our wealth strategy. Ability to define and manage evolving project scope, ensuring expected outcomes and benefits remain clear while assessing impacts to cost, time, quality, and risk Previous investment product experience is ideal Strong risk and issue management capability, with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve risks early to keep delivery on track Experience providing clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership, enabling informed decisions through transparent progress, risk, and financial insights Well-developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and business leaders across all levels Understanding of product and transformation governance programs and ability to apply governance processes with clear roles, decisions, and escalation pathways Familiarity and compliance with frameworks such as the Project Execution Framework (PEFM), Agile Execution Framework (AEF), and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC Why join us?
