What You'll Do
* Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of care recipients
* Coordinate and schedule care and support services
* Maintain accurate client records and detailed case notes
* Manage and monitor budgets to prevent overspending
* Confidently use multiple technology platforms to deliver services
* Source information and solutions to support client goals

* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365
* Comfortable using multiple systems and AI tools
* Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks
* Confident decision-maker and collaborative team player
* Coordination or administration experience (desirable but not essential)
