About This Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.
* Support clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and self-reliance.
* Mentor and guide clients in developing social skills, emotional well-being, and daily living routines.
* Administer medication, adhere to client-specific plans, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centered care, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each client.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Requirements
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Orientation Module completion
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Access to an insured vehicle
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
