Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader for the Asia Pacific region to drive sales strategy, customer relationships, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, domain knowledge, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a growth plan for APAC, driving top-line revenue by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
Lead a team of Sales Executives in APAC, responsible for executing the company's Go-To-Market strategy, including channel partner development and marketing collaboration.
Promote Advanced Navigation's product portfolio, understanding customer technical requirements, and collaborating with product, support, and engineering teams to guide product direction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and strategic customers, partnering with other teams to enhance go-to-market efforts and accelerate growth.
Mentor and coach the sales team to improve seller effectiveness, pipeline generation, and win rates.
Requirements:
Minimum 10-15 years of management experience overseeing a Sales/Business Development function.
SIGNIFICANT DOMAIN EXPERTISE IN INERTIAL NAVIGATION SYSTEMS IS ESSENTIAL, WITH DIRECT KNOWLEDGE OF SELLING TO DEFENCE PRIMES.
Demonstrated success in building high-performing sales teams, delivering exceptional growth outcomes, and achieving strategic wins with key customers, ideally within Defence, Aerospace, or Autonomous Vehicles/Robotics.
