The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our Doors and Benchtops teams. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is relevant in all industries and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft or Google Suite).

This is a 12 month fixed-term position to cover Maternity Leave within our current team.

Typical Duties will include

* Answer and direct phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports that are clear and impactful.
* Input job details accurately into systems like Formsite, Unleashed and Xero to ensure seamless workflow.
* Assist with data entry and maintain meticulous records for easy access and organization
* Take part in special projects, contributing to successful outcomes with enthusiasm.
* Notify customers of any delays and resolve order-related concerns promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address technical or non-standard requirements and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
* 1-2 years of administrative experience (required)
* Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Great attention to detail
* Highly organised and self-motivated along, able to prioritise and manage time effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets (preferred)
