Be a Hearing Specialist
Make a positive impact through better hearing We are looking for a dedicated professional to work with us in assessing and diagnosing the extent of client hearing loss using a wide range of techniques.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the best course of treatment for clients with hearing impairments.
* Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to improve communication skills and overall quality of life.
* Collaborate with medical professionals and other specialists to ensure effective care coordination and referral processes.
* Provide counseling and support to clients and their families, empowering them to take control of their hearing health.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and technologies, applying evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
The Right Qualifications
* Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry qualification.
* Current membership (CCP) or eligibility for membership (CCP) of AudA or ACAud.
* Current QP number.
* Strong audiological knowledge and skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering an outstanding experience.
* Ability to learn new software and technology with training.
* Proven ability to achieve key performance indicators.
* Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
