About the Role
As ourEducation & Quality Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the very best care.
You'll design and deliver engaging training programs, mentor and inspire care teams, and champion continual improvement across our Residential services.
From onboarding new staff to supporting accreditation and compliance, you'll be the driving force behind a culture of excellence, innovation, and compassion.

About the Team
AtMacquarie Park, BaptistCare operates three dedicated sites —Shalom Centre, Dorothy Henderson Lodge, and Cooinda Court.
Together, they provide a vibrant community offering residential care, retirement living, and specialised support services.
As theEducation & Quality Supervisor, you'll work with two other Educator and Quality supervisors across these sites to guide and support care teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality education and training.

About You
You're a natural leader and educator with a strong clinical background.
You'll bring:
A bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
Experience applying adult learning principles and developing education programs
Ability to support staff with diverse needs, including NESB and low-literacy learners
Strong relationship-building, teamwork, and communication skills
Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
A commitment to BaptistCare's Christian identity and values
