Responsibilities
* Working closely with clients to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
* Leveraging your product knowledge to match customers with the perfect car.
* Using Dutton's systems and processes to manage inventory and close deals efficiently.
* Providing exceptional customer service that builds long term relationships.
* Staying up to date with vehicle trends and offerings across multiple prestige and mainstream brands.
Qualifications
* Previous automotive experience is essential — used or new car sales, F&I, or wholesale preferred.
* A strong track record in sales and customer relationship building.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly self-motivated with a passion for achieving results.
* A current VIC Driver's Licence.
