ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and organised team member to join us in a part-time position, providing essential support to our Print Department and valued customers. You’ll become part of a collaborative and supportive team, working a consistent weekly schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
If you're someone who prefers variety and doesn’t want to be confined to a desk all day, this hands-on, dynamic role is perfect for you. Responsibilities include but are not limited to receiving stock, making local deliveries, and assisting with basic printer configuration, all while playing a key role in ensuring smooth day to day support across our Print Department.
Key responsibilities:
* End to end fulfilment of consumables orders (i.e. toner) - from order processing through to pick/pack/dispatch and delivery
* Handle customer queries over the phone and email
* Receive goods into stock, monitor stock levels and maintain inventory systems
* Assist with basic printer setup and maintenance – training provided
* Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support purchasing decisions
* Support off site tasks such as deliveries and mail handling
ABOUT YOU
* A current class C (car) drivers licence and willingness to travel locally
* Experience in customer service and order fulfilment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence using technology and basic hardware setup
* Skilled in administrative tasks and the use of Microsoft office and CRM systems
* Reliable, quick-learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
