We are looking for a driven and experienced commercial property lawyer to join our dynamic team.

About the role
* Work alongside our legal practitioner director and our other solicitors.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of property matters whilst providing expert legal advice to clients.
* Assist with buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, ensuring legal compliance and protecting our clients’ interests.
* Assist with buying and selling Businesses.
* Draft, review and negotiate commercial lease agreements and business contracts ensuring favourable terms and conditions for our clients.
* Conduct thorough investigations into properties, including title searches, planning permissions and potential issues.
* Advise property developers on new construction projects, including legal requirements and planning permissions.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3 years PAE with strong background in commercial, business and property law.
* Experience in managing complex contract negotiations and property related legal matters.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of our team, prioritise tasks and easily meet deadlines.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools and modern legal technology.
