Quality Assurance Lead – Drive Technical Innovation for a Safer, Smarter Freight Industry
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Assurance Lead to elevate and mature our QA capability.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving our quality assurance strategy. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and key stakeholders to ensure our software solutions are robust, reliable and aligned with real-world operational demands.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and evolve the company's QA strategy, frameworks and standards
* Establish and maintain scalable testing processes (manual and automated)
* Drive test automation initiatives and continuous integration practices
* Collaborate closely with developers and product teams throughout the SDLC
* Design, review and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
* Identify, document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
* Improve release quality and reduce production issues
* Mentor and guide QA team members as the function grows
* Champion quality culture across the business
About You
* You are a detail-oriented and strategic QA professional who enjoys building structure and driving continuous improvement.
* 5+ years' experience in QA, including experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role
* Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies
* Strong automation testing experience, with the ability to design and maintain automated test frameworks
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Hands-on experience with API, integration and regression testing
* A pragmatic, solution-focused mindset
* Experience within logistics, transport, supply chain or compliance-driven industries
* Experience in a SaaS or product-based software environment
