**The opportunity**
Silver Chain Group, is seeking an experienced Stratgey and Performance Manager to play a vital role in developing and improving systems to monitor and evaluate Silverchain's organisational and operational effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Tracking milestones, key performance indicators and related performance across all organisational divisions
- Strengthen and embed quality improvement strategy with mechanisms to support the development of a culture of quality improvement
- Develop and maintain an organisational plan for the continued maturity and evolution of the Quality and Safety program across Silverchain Group
- Advance and facilitate the integration, continued maintenance and evolution of the continuous improvement program to support governance processes and overall Silverchain Group strategy and performance
- Design, implement and continually improve the mobilisation and change improvement methods, along with performance monitoring and reporting
- Provide forward planning, direction, leadership, advanced expertise and advice in the design and operationalisation of core clinical governance systems
**About you**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in a business or health related discipline. Post graduate desirable
- A cultivater of productive working relationships and exemplifies personal drive and integrity
- Ability to exercise a high degree of independence, initiative, judgement, discretion and decision-making to achieve program objectives
- Demonstrated expertise and ability to effectively use negotiation and advanced communication techniques and practices in order to work through resolution to challenges and advocate for Quality and Safety
- Ability to exercise a high degree of independence, initiative, judgement, discretion and decision-making to achieve program objectives
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, to build a high-performance culture, and to mentor individuals to achieve big goals
- Exceptional organisational, planning, controlling, scheduling, project management, and portfolio management abilities in a complex health and care environment.
