About the Position
The Venue Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, with a strong focus on Gaming and Bar supervision. This is a full‑time opportunity offering a balanced rotating roster of three morning shifts and three evening shifts, with three days off each week. Position Description
* Oversee daily venue operations, with a primary focus on Gaming and Bar
* Ensure compliance across Gaming, TAB, AML, CTF and venue standards
* Supervise and support frontline staff during busy periods
* Manage TAB operations, payouts, cash handling, and incident reporting
* Maintain service quality, presentation standards, and guest experience
* Assist across all departments as required and support management with operational tasks
* Work a rotating roster with full seven‑day flexibility (days, nights, weekends)
Position Requirements
* Demonstrated Gaming and TAB experience
* Strong understanding of Gaming compliance, including AML and CTF obligations
* Previous supervisory experience in hospitality (preferred)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team
* Full availability across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Reliable, professional, and confident in fast‑paced environments
