ECCO is looking for a highly motivated and competitive Multi-Site Leader with a passion to succeed. Focused on stepping up Operational Excellence within your portfolio of stores (Canberra Civic, Canberra Outlet and Westfield Woden), this position will have responsibility for driving profitability in each location whilst supporting the store teams with operational efficiencies to allow them to drive sales and productivity.
About YOU:
- Motivated to lead and drive your team to succeed in a work environment that is faster than the average pace
- Demonstrated success in commercial management of profit and loss within a retail environment with the ability to identify and implement initiatives to drive profitability
- Experience coaching and training a team to achieve KPI's and sales target
- Have previous retail management experience in a retail store manager, cluster manager or area manager capacity
- Provide a persuasive and agile leadership style
- A committed professional with sound business acumen
- Someone who loves product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn and develop not only yourself but the team
- Have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
