Business Development Lead. Commission Only. Remote
Clements AI is looking for a proven Business Development Lead to help drive growth across the Australian medium‐size business market, targeting organisations with up to 500 seats.
This is a remote role and can be based anywhere. It is a commission‐only position with expected earnings of $250K+ for the right performer.
You will be responsible for opening doors, building strong client relationships, and closing new business across our core service lines, including application development, AI strategy and consulting, voice AI solutions, and process automation.
We want someone who knows how to sell value, not just features. You should be confident speaking with business owners, executives, and operational leaders, and able to position practical technology outcomes that improve efficiency, drive growth, and enhance the customer experience.
What you'll do
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
* Book and attend meetings with decision‐makers
* Work closely with leadership to shape proposals and close deals
* Sell solutions across AI, software development, automation, and voice AI
