If you're someone who can switch between data, development, and dialogue (and still make it feel easy) we want you on our team.YOUR TALENT:You’re not just an HR professional - you’re a people champion, culture builder, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic & high-impact environment.Here’s how you’ll make your mark:Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning people priorities with business outcomesCollaborate with managers to strengthen team capability, boost engagement, and lift performanceWork closely with the Director of People & Organisation to shape and embed people strategies that drive long-term successLead workforce planning to ensure structure, capability, and talent are fit for future growthIdentify high-potential talent and build clear succession and development pathwaysGuide leaders through change, transformation, and business evolution with confidence and clarityIdentify commercial opportunities to optimise people costs and improve operational efficiencyHandle complex employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and complianceOversee core HR operations from contracts and data accuracy to system updates with a strong attention to detailLocalise and implement global P&O initiatives across the businessChampion a culture of high performance through coaching, feedback, and continuous developmentManage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work plans in line with legislative requirements.What We Are Looking For5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partnering role.Background in retail, wholesale, or fast-paced environments preferredComfortable working with HRIS systems (Workday ideal) and interpreting HR dataStrong skills in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planningProficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic reportingStrong knowledge of and experience managing workers’ compensation and return-to-work casesStrong communicator with the ability to influence and build trustSolid track record in employee relations and coaching managers through complex issuesBrings positive energy, a team-first mindset, 'get it done' attitude and knows how to make work fun while getting things doneMust have Australian permanent residency or full working rightsWhy PUMA?At PUMA, we are more than just a sports brand—we are a team of innovators and industry leaders committed to excellence.
