Job Description
This exceptional opportunity seeks a seasoned Contract Administration Expert to provide critical support to the project management team. The successful candidate will ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve document control systems
* Develop and implement proforma agreements in consultation with senior team members
* Provide expert guidance on commercial matters to project teams and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in contract administration, engineering, or construction
* Degree qualified or equivalent
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and database development skills
* In-depth knowledge of contract management, program financial management, risk management, performance reporting, and budget preparation
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and approve subcontract documentation prior to issuance
2. Coordinate preliminary meetings after contract award
3. Prepare payment authorities for progress claims
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, discretion, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
A degree qualification and extensive experience in contract administration, engineering, and/or construction are essential. Exposure to MS Office Suite and SQL databases is also required.
This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
