About You
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to assist in student enrolments and maintain student database
Experience working in administration
Experience with CiA and Compass or ability to learn new systems
Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
Advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and treat them with required sensitivity
A willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
A willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal
A Certificate III/IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the processing of student enrolments
Liaise with families to ensure all enrolment documentation and requirements are completed accurately
Assist with upkeep of enrolment databases, ensuring the maintenance of accurate records
Assist with Census preparation and processing
Assist with other duties as required
