Job Title: eCommerce & CRM Manager Location: Sydney We are seeking a commercially minded CRM & eCommerce Manager to own and optimise the end-to-end online experience. This role focuses on driving revenue, conversion, and customer retention through a data-led approach across eCommerce, CRM and digital platforms. Responsibilities Own eCommerce and CRM strategy across Shopify, driving growth, retention and customer lifetime value. Manage website performance, UX, merchandising, promotions and marketplace integrations. Lead lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo), including email, SMS, segmentation and automation. Analyse performance data (GA4, Shopify) to optimise conversion, revenue and customer journeys. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns, product launches and platform improvements. Qualifications 3–5 years’ experience in eCommerce, CRM or digital roles within DTC or consumer brands. Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and analytics tools. Proven ability to drive conversion, retention and online revenue growth. Solid understanding of CRO, UX, customer journeys and digital performance metrics.
