About the Role
We're seeking an Account Manager specialising in either Weddings or Corporate Events. In this role, you will partner with high-profile clients, including wedding planners, agencies, and private individuals. You'll guide them through the design and hire process, helping bring their event vision to life with creative furniture and styling recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and timely quotes for potential clients
* Manage client meetings and showroom tours, gaining a clear understanding of their vision and guiding them through design options
* Follow up with unconverted leads to maximise sales opportunities
* Conduct post-event follow-ups and debriefs
* Work closely with the operations and design teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
* Occasionally attend events (including some weekends) to oversee smooth bump-in and setup for larger clients
* Actively seek new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
About You:
* Previous experience in the events industry weddings, event hire, or corporate events
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous sales or account management experience
* A strong eye for design and the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects at once
