Hinterland Caravans is a well established Caravan Dealership in Burleigh Heads and we are actively seeking a customer-focused Colour and Customer Support Consultant to join the team. You'll guide customers through the colour and finishes selection process, ensuring every choice reflects their lifestyle, budget, and vision for their brand new caravan.
The role will include direct client contact, coordination with other various caravan manufacturers and the preparation of the client's documentation.
To be a successful candidate for this role you will require:
* Experience in a customer support/administration role
* The ability to read and interpret building plans
* Have an understanding of design and colour scheme concepts
* Excellent presentation and a highly professional approach to your work
This role is a full time position Mon-Fri 8.00am - 4.00pm.
