An exciting opportunity for a qualified fabrication tradesperson to join our clients Maintenance teamASAP in Gundagai. The organisation has a purpose-built maintenance shed for the team that makes working enjoyable while working with a top team of individuals.
Rotating Shift Pattern
* 6:30am-3:00pm
* 7:30am-4:00pm
* 9:30am-6:00pm
* Plus some required overtime & Saturday work
Hourly rate - $45 an hour
Key Responsibilities
* Arc, MIG and TIG Welding
* Scheduled plant/ equipment upgrade work
* Continuous Improvement tasks
* Respond to breakdowns
* Repairing and servicing faulty equipment/structures
* FollowWHSand QA policies and procedures
* Work alongside multiple trades
* Maintain a high standard of work
Success Factors
* Certificate III - Engineering Fabrication (minimum)
* Experience in TIG welding (stainless steel)
* Organised with attention to detail anda good workethic
* Strongcommunicationskills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Willingness to learn/upskill
* Current Driver's license
* Available to work overtime and weekends asrequired
