We are seeking an experienced Receiving and Dispatch Officer who can provide a point of contact to our national network of business partners and end users for the purpose of transporting and supplying the company's product range, demonstrating outstanding levels of customer service.
This is a great opportunity for anybody looking for long-term permanent employment and has the ability to represent the best interests of our client and to adhere to company policies at all times while enhancing customer satisfaction through all facets of service delivery in liaison with warehouse and other relevant branch and company staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding levels of support in warehouse receiving and dispatch processes
* Use previous experience in Warehousing and Transport
* Present oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times.
* Build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users.
* Co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
* Share information by keeping people informed and up-to-date about the group processes.
* Promote a friendly climate, good morale and co-operation, promoting a good reputation with both internal and external customers.
Qualifications & Standards
* Previous experience in Warehousing and Transport essential
