Your Impact
As a locum clinical pharmacist, you will:
* Deliver ward-based clinical care, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, medication reconciliation, chart reviews, and discharge counselling
* Support dispensary services and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment to optimize patient care and outcomes
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months Australian hospital experience
* Experience with iPharmacy, Merlin, or similar systems
* Current AHPRA registration
