We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Accounts Manager. This role is responsible for leading a team that delivers high-quality customer service and manages core financial transaction accounts and administrative functions. Overseeing customer and community enquiries, CRM systems, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, receipting, and reception services focusing on fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement. The manager ensures operational efficiency, compliance with financial procedures, and a positive customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

As a county council, we are responsible for providing three specific functions; bulk water supply, weed biosecurity and flood mitigation.
