Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assistance with support to aged care individuals.
• Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence.
• Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
• Manage challenging behaviours and provide support.
• Maintain a safe and supportive workplace for clients.

Qualifications

• Australian work rights
• National Police Clearance within 12 months or willing to obtain
• NDIS verification check or willing to get one
• Minimum 6 months of experience as support worker
• Diver licencee with access to car is desirable
