Overview
Ay ers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter - Sails in the Desert Hotel to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is 20 min drive from Uluru. This is a hospitality role in the Front Office Team, focused on delivering outstanding guest service and creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.
Location note: Yulara, NT, 20 minutes from Uluru.
Responsibilities
* Act as an ambassador of the resort ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure
* Coordinate guests' luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
* Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception in terms of room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
* Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management
Qualifications & Requirements
* This role requires a full Australian driver's license
* A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process
