We're looking for a dynamic Creative Manager to lead our graphic design team and drive the visual direction of our digital campaigns and key brand moments.
In this role, you'll shape the brand's aesthetic, bring ideas to life, and ensure every project meets high-quality standards - while mentoring a talented team and managing tight timelines.
THE ROLE:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the Graphic Design team to deliver outstanding creative work.
* Manage team workflow, allocate resources, and oversee project delivery from brief to launch.
* Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Own and manage the critical path, coordinating briefings, approvals, and milestone tracking.
* Oversee design of seasonal campaigns, events, partnerships, and key brand moments.
* Review and provide guidance on digital design work to ensure excellence.
* Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, and VM/Windows teams to deliver brand-aligned outcomes.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative design elements into projects.
* Present work confidently to stakeholders and manage creative approvals.
* Organise and manage digital assets, post-production approvals, and external design resources.
* On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
* 8+ years in creative or graphic design roles, with senior digital design and project management experience.
* Fashion industry experience preferred.
* Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and presentation tools (Adobe, Figma, Canva, Microsoft).
* Experienced with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
* Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
* Exceptional team management, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
* Enthusiastic, collaborative, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
