Vehicle Damage Specialist Role
The role of the Vehicle Damage Specialist is to provide expert assessment and management of vehicle damage claims.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and work providers.
* Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with industry standards and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vehicles onsite by conducting thorough inspections, including mapping and imaging. They will also manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness, as well as manage suppliers to record and authorize additional work in a timely manner.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the automotive smash repair industry.
* Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
* Highly professional and personable individual with strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
