What You'll Do
* Develop strategic solar proposals that deliver value and impact
* Present designs, cash flow projections, and financing options with confidence
* Collaborate across departments to hit revenue goals
* Generate leads through marketing, networking, and hustle
* Analyze energy usage, and demonstrate ROI & payback
* Attend industry events and trade shows
* Log customer interactions in CRM with precision
* Represent Harvest Solar as a passionate ambassador for helping your customer reach their sustainability goals
What You Bring
* 5+ years of technical sales experience
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Competitive, sales-driven mindset with a consultative approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (day travel up to 80%)
Compensation & Perks
* Earnings Range: $70,000 - $250,000
* Base Salary
* Commission
* Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to company and individual performance
