You'll support participants through:
* Mentoring & skill development – explore hobbies and personal interests
* Coaching independent living skills – cooking, domestic tasks, social engagement
* Medication support and adherence to individual plans
* Clear documentation – handovers and incident reports
* Personal care – toileting, showering, feeding, dressing
* Community engagement – recreational activities and cultural inclusion
Make It Matter – What You Bring
* Strong communication skills with verbal & non-verbal customers
* Current full driver's licence
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
* Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus
