As a Director, Front-End (Legal), you will have the opportunity to develop a high-performing team that redefines the way we deliver advice, support, and strategy on projects. Your expertise in contract negotiation, project advisory, and risk management will be invaluable in crafting bespoke contracts and driving end-to-end project delivery.
This leadership position requires you to utilize your legal, commercial, entrepreneurial, and experiential knowledge to build something different. You will work closely with a team of motivated, like-minded professionals to deliver exceptional results on complex projects from start to finish.
You will also have the opportunity to advise on claims and disputes, drawing upon your deep expertise and knowledge of the project and contracts.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have senior front-end construction legal experience, with at least 10 years' experience, and a strong background in contract negotiation, project advisory, and risk management. You will also need to have extensive experience advising contractors, subcontractors, developers, and government entities on contract risk and project delivery strategies.
A proven track record of working on large-scale infrastructure commercial, and residential construction projects is essential. You will also need to have the ability to provide commercially focused legal advice in a fast-paced project environment.
