About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to lead our expansion into new retail territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with Costco and other emerging retail channels.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead retail engagement across multiple categories with Costco and new business customers
* Manage and grow our iconic brand portfolio, ensuring each brand maintains its market leadership and continues to evolve in new and exciting ways
* Own the customer relationship - be the go-to contact for key retail partners
* Drive commercial outcomes with sharp negotiation skills and financial acumen
* Develop and execute customer plans that unlock new category growth
* Project management - connecting international sourcing opportunities from Wilmar through to the end customer


Your Background

* 2+ years as a NAM with Costco (highly preferred), or 3+ years with Coles/Woolworths/Aldi
* Proven ability to build relationships fast and manage stakeholders at all levels
* Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics
* Experience with Circana/IRI data tools
* Tertiary qualifications in related field
