Fast - moving beyond traditional hardware into a connected, data-driven consumer ecosystem. Think smart, integrated access solutions that live at the intersection of home, security, and convenience — with a strong push into recurring revenue and subscription models.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end e-commerce function at a pivotal moment, helping shape and scale a direct-to-consumer and marketplace strategy that will underpin the next wave of growth. This is equal parts builder, optimiser, and challenger.
* Drive the evolution of digital commerce across D2C and marketplaces
* Own performance, from traffic through to conversion, retention, and subscription growth
* Shape the digital customer journey in a business moving rapidly toward a consumer-first mindset
* Partner with product, brand, and digital to bring new offerings to market
* Assess and evolve agency relationships and platform capability
* Play a key role in launching new products into market later this year
Short term, you'll also provide support across the digital marketing function.

You know how to:
* Turn clicks into customers, and customers into subscribers
* Proven capability managing D2C websites and marketplace ecosystems with confidence
* Balance strategy with execution; you're as comfortable in the data as you are making calls
* Influence stakeholders and bring others on the journey through your sound commercial acumen and drive to acheive revenue targets
* Spot what's not working... and fix it, through your advanced skills in analytics and analytics platforms
* Industry background - flexible ... but a non negotiable is mindset, drive and sound eCommerce trading capability
