This permanent role offers the chance to be a part of an inclusive working environment.
If you have 5-10 years' experience working as a Site Manager for a tier 1 or tier 2 business, multi residential and high-rise expertise, and a track record with projects over $50 million, we want to hear from you.
Based in Adelaide, this position offers a competitive salary of up to $200k including super.Requirements:Must have multi residential and high-rise project experienceProven track record with projects over $50 millionExcellent leadership & communicationDemonstrated ability to drive project delivery on time and within budget.Great knowledge of OH&SHave; the ability to manage multiple subcontractors on siteKey Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.Benefits:Competitive salary package: The salary on offer is between $155k package - $180k package for a Site Manager with 5 years experience.
